This washing machine from our professional line includes the unique Quattro Construction™ construction, Steel Seal™ hygienic doors and a total of 25 programs, 10 of which are fully customizable, ensuring perfect cleaning results for all types of businesses. The drum has a volume of 80 liters and holds up to 9 kg of laundry. Thanks to the Quattro Construction™ design, spinning at 1400 rpm is virtually vibration-free, with a residual moisture content of 49%. It is equipped with a powerful and reliable BLDC motor and has a heating element of 3 kW (1 phase/16 A) and can be coupled to 3 phases/3 kW/10 A.

Disinfection

Our professional machines have special disinfection programs that meet the strict standards of public health authorities. This is ensured by high power and a heating system that ensures the achievement and maintenance of the selected temperature at which disinfection is enabled. Our disinfection program includes an effective pre-wash to ensure that any protein in the laundry is dissolved and removed before the temperature rises in the main wash.

MOP - cleaning company

Our specially developed wiping program takes care of your cleaning equipment very well. An effective cold prewash removes larger fractions of dirt and gravel before an effective main wash.

Quattro™ construction

All ASKO machines are made to last - and they really are durable. Thanks to its robust construction with an independent system of four steel springs that absorbs movement and is durable. With ASKO devices, we avoid the use of plastic, knowing that it will not last. All our counterweights and all other elements of our internal construction are double. All of our doors are secured with durable door hinges and are tested to withstand the toughest treatments. Take a look at our unique door assembly with double locking guide and high tensile steel pin. We do this because we know you want it to last. And that's what we want too.

Professional door system - easy loading and unloading

The function of the door is key in a washing machine, and the correct design is very important here. Therefore, we put extra effort into the design of a unique door system. The door opens 180 degrees, which makes it possible to place the laundry basket close to the opening. Thanks to Smart Seal™ technology without a rubber seal, inserting and removing laundry is easier than ever. And what's more, the smart door lock reuses the energy of opening the door when you close it. Just gently push them in the right direction and they will miraculously close.

Active drum™

With Active drum™, removable hourglass-shaped lifts and an angled drum move laundry to the center of the drum to reduce fabric wear. Dirt is removed through larger holes on the edge.

Stainless Steel Outer Drum

The outer drum of the professional ASKO machine is made of durable stainless steel. Why? Because it is firmer, of higher quality and allows washing at higher temperatures and centrifuging at higher speeds. The top and front panels are also made of stainless steel.

Connection to hot and cold

ASKO Professional machines can be connected to cold and hot water sources. Connecting to a hot water source shortens washing cycles and reduces the power consumption of your washing machine. The optimum result is achieved by using a water source with a temperature of 65°C.

Drainage connections

Your professional ASKO washing machine can be equipped with a pump or valve drain connection. In more severe conditions, an outlet valve is desirable, which reduces the program time by faster removal of water from the drum, while allowing larger fractions of dirt to pass more easily compared to using a drain pump.

Control mode

We know that you have more important things to do than learn about the complex functions of your devices. The intuitive EasyControl™ LCD display makes ASKO Professional machines easy to use and maintain. Programming and selection of settings are just as easy. You will get started in the shortest time possible and that is exactly what we like.

External dosing system

The washing machines are ready to be connected to external dosing systems, allowing the machine to benefit from up to 6 different chemicals for cleaning and laundry care, automatically adjusting the dose amount according to the weight of the loaded laundry. This will prevent overdose and protect the environment as well as your wallet. In addition, you can easily connect standard peristaltic pumps to dispense detergent and simply set the program and set the time for the pump to be active.

Full color TFT display

The EasyControl™ TFT display makes it really easy for you to operate and program your ASKO washing machine. With the left-right interactive function, you can easily switch between the different options that the washing machine offers. The washing machine supports 25 languages, which simplifies the use of ASKO washing machines for users around the world.

Motor Weight Control

Operating costs are minimal thanks to the motorized weight control, which measures the weight of the laundry and calculates the amount of water required for the wash cycle. If you use the Auto Dose function, then the motorized weight control will also calculate the amount of detergent needed, thus avoiding both an overdose and an expensive overdose.
